To reset your account password, navigate to the Login page or click on Login on the home page. Click on the ‘Forgot Password‘ link below the input field for Password.
Enter your registered email, validate your request via the CAPTCHA and click on the ‘Send Link’ button to receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Note – If you have registered via social logins (Google, Office365), please use the same to sign in. If you have not received the password reset email, please check if you have provided the correct email address. If yes, please check your spam folder as well.
